Center for Strategy:

 

This is a membership-based group of companies dedicated to the use of regular,data-driven, action planning to improve the competitive position of each member company. The Center has developed and uses  a strategy tool box of fifteen tools addressing strategic issues like diversification, execution, foresight, innovation and global expansion.

 

Each member company has made a foundational investment in continous improvement and execution skills, a committment to an annual strategic planning cycle, and the development of three strategy  tools.
