Artesiaa Consulting has different models for delivering services: the membership model, the retainer model, the in-house consulting model and CEO service models

 

Membership Model: We recommend the membership model for companies meeting the following qualifications (a) CEO and leadership with a commitment to strategic planning (b) track record (3-10 years) of using team-based problem definition, problem-solving and execution (c) willingness to participate in a learning mode with other like-minded, non-competing companies.  This model involves an upfront membership fee for an annual membership that includes 2 days of strategic planning and 3 new strategy tools every year.  Additional benefits include participation in best-practice roundtables.

 

Retainer Model: We recommend the retainer model for companies meeting the following qualifications (a) CEO and leadership with a commitment to improving the performance of the company (b) no previous track record of using team-based problem-solving (c)need to adopt systematic processes for predictable and professional management of performance.
